Explain the need for policies and procedures to control the maintenance of computer systems activities in organisations?

Policies and Procedures.. Hmm my answer is gona be very crude.
Policy: Everythings gota be confidential. Absolutely. Its like having intercourse and getting fertislised/pregnant etc., but not giving birth. Anything/everything relevant goes in but nothing comes out. Except of course, for relevant stuff like finished products etc.
Procedure: Maximum security! Strip search your employees with no mercy and/or regret when they enter or exit the/your organization.
