When does the pokemon black and white rom come out?

No hes asking about the rom, not he actual game.  The rom should be out on the day the game comes out in japan (Sept 18) or possibly a day or two early if we get lucky.  I'm certain its not already out because ive spent about 8 hours searching for it already
