How Do You Beat Zeus On Poptropica Mythology Island?

You have  to hit him repeatedly at the start of the battle, then he will begin to glow. Only shoot him when he is solid and not glowing. Zeus will produce balls of energy *note* these balls are not like Betty Jetty's or Dr. Hare's they follow you.When you see this stay in a corner until they come into veiw then use evasive moves to avoid them. Zeus will then produce a mass of lightning bolts. Avoid them. Then get close to Zeus and hit repeatedly.

Now all you need to do is shoot him whenever possible but when he turns all white and glowing then you need to stay away from him big time. Collect pink clouds. Every once in a while he will shoot these weird white electricity balls- maneuverability is key they are faster yet they cannot turn well and they will chase you for a short time. When he is not white he kind of will do these low grade attacks- these wind and lightning things. Simply dodge them. Good luck!

Come near him when he is not glowing and float away when he is. Dodge very attack and press spacebar to attract clouds, without any, you die.

To beat Zeus, Once he does not glow you should always hit him. If he hits you you should find a few pink clouds, try to dodge all of his attack.

electric Tackle: This does not hurt much this attack goes for a few seconds it's really easy to dodge it. You could move like crazy like me :D.

Wind blow: Sometimes if you get close to him he will try to hit you stay half way far from him to make it easy.

The winds that go around zeus to try to hit you. It's also very easy it comes slowly to you   you can just dodge it and keep on hitting him.

The 6 electric balls : So all you have to do when it's come to follow you make you elecitic go in circles in till then all go away.

Click-click-click-click-click whenever he gets near you!!When he turns white, go to the farthest corner from him and wait. That works when he comes at you! When he turns white he sometimes shoots lightning balls, so just spin in circles (move your mouse in circles)until they leave! Hopefully this helps!!

Those things are easier said than done. Those white electric balls come fast, he shoots 10 lower grade lightning bolts at a time, plus the wind can hit you twice if you try to counter attack it. Also, when he turns white, he can ram you really hard and fast. Plus he is able to attack you even if you are attacking him. Watch out for those things. Besidez all of that.....it's EASY!

I know how because I did beat him.. What you do is keep on fireing at him with the lightning bolts and when he turns see through and kind of white keep on getting clouds so you don't die then when he turns to his colour again shoot him rapidly untill he says I give up. Just move around and try to stay in corners. When he is charging up move away 'cause he has strong head-buts. Shoot whenever you have the chance to. I used all of these tips and more like the space bar, and I beat him in LESS than five turns!!

Ive heard that you hav to stay in the corners, dodge the lightning blots and mve around in circle on the electricity ball thing. Also keep clicking in his direction to hit him and press space bar to use the crown and become a god/goddess.

It took me forever to do this....BUT....I have some tips....hope this helps...
1. He has a pattern ; wind , sparks , white balls
2. He will charge at you when he is about to die

You rapidly shoot him with lightning bolts like no tomorrow.

Well the answer to who made Hercules into stone was medusa by da way.
Beat him by avoiding him when he turns white and keep shooting lightning bolts by pressing space bar. And also run over clouds to get extra lives, because when zeus shoots you to much and when all the clouds are gone you'll fall and have to start over.

I tried every thing you guys listed and nothing works!

You keep trying to hurt him with your trident.

Just keep shooting him

Shoot him a lot

Shoot him, collect pink clouds, dodge him

Get shot

I did it.For about 5 min. Get clouds and dodge attacks. Then start hitting.It should take 6-8 min. To kill him.

Keep on getting blasted by the bolts. You r taking away his power. If you lose him 15 times in a row, you are invincible.

The main thing is to avoid his attacks and collect  the pink clouds.

So...you have to let him shoot you with his bolts 15 times to beat him??? That makes no sense.

It took me three minutes to kill Zeus. Everytime he is see though or glows gather allot of clouds. Then wait when he is normal colour again and shoot him reptedly

Oh my god!!! Zeus is hard but try to dodge the wind, move in circles when he does his energy ball thingies,(when he's doing that DO NOT SHOOT, COLLECT CLOUDS FOR HEALTH) get out of range when he does the lighting bolt thing. When he fades alittle and turns white FLY TO FARTHEST CORNER, THEN SHOOT QUICKLY.

IT'S A GOOd idea to shoot him as many times as you can when you start, and then do the other things.

Avoid Zeus's attacks (especially the white glowing ball thingies) and keep on shooting him with Poseidon's trident

Shoot at him with your triton, stay away from him when he's glowing. Dodge the lightning

Yes it does run up behind him and keep shooting until he turns white then run away and keep repeating the process.

OK. It's a little hard. I think you have to zap him 15 times, not zap yourself

I beat him by avoiding it when he shot at me and shot him as fast as possible

It is extremely simple the only thing to it is to avoid zeus's shots, collect the pink clouds, and shoot him!!!!!!

The only way is to avoid all of his things that give away your health and keep on hitting him and DON'T forget to gather CLOUDS!

Keep rapidly shooting him, and when he's ready with his weird glowy attacks, stock up on clouds.

Ummm I havent actually defeated him yet! (grrr) but Ive been told that you have to keep collecting clouds to keep yourself floating, and then hit Zeus about 15-20 times to defeat him. Um you know what? Ignore this comment. What do I know. I havent made it past!!!

All you have to do is fly aroud collecting pink clouds and
shooting him with lightning bolds.

Man nobody has an awnser all you do is just keep the flow of your clouds goin and just start shootin zeus soon enough you will beat him

To fly around and shoot him with lighting bolts.

Shoot him a lot, dodge his throws and bumps, and you should beat him.

Just get up close to him when you have the chance and click rapidly.

He is really hard so I am stuck on him

This is so stupid!! I collected all the clouds I could find then I tried to shoot him but he wont get defeated no matter what I do!!! They should make it more simple.

When you collected all five items go to hercules and have aphrodites mirror then when you defeat hades and get his crown go to the ocean and hercules will pound on the rocks and swim under and get POSEIDON'S torch then go to the mountains and hercules will pound on the lock after that go straight and hercules will turn into a statue by ------  (not telling you) then with your 1 drachma (greek coin) get the bag of winds and go up and when you are all the way up you will see it is dark so keep on going right and Zeus will  notice you then you will battle. Click on him always but when he turns white go in circles and keep on collecting the pink clouds to stay floating then when you defeated him and you have hades crown and poseidons torch on you click the space bar and you will turn in a goddess/god Hope that helped

What you do is start shooting rapidly until he starts glowing then move to a corner. If he fires little energy balls move like crazy and when it comes towards you run (or should I say fly) away. When he charges up collect the small clouds for health. When he tries to head butt you, move far away so he can't reach and I took the knocks of wind and lightning bolts.

Guys I beat him and got the powers when you done with the island you can press space bar and turns you big but you need the crown and the triton to do it .....and its easy only 2 times I did it on the last one I beat him I shot it him a lot ..

Assuming you've gotten all 5 items and have gotten Hercules to follow you, get Hades's crown and Posiden's triton. Then once you're at battle with Zeus, zap him with the triton. He'll zap you back but collect the pink clouds that are floating around to stay afloat. P.S. Stay away from Zeus when he's glowing with lightning. Hope this helps! =)

Iv tried for more than 10000000 times and it still doesnt work

Wow hes soooo hard to do like ive tried this like 500 times he was almost dead then my laptop died so I had to start all over it sucked :( :( :(

I like did it over 500 and its hard he had a bit of life left then I pressed space bar and I was light then he just killed me what does space bar do

There isn't really a cheat, you just have to keep trying and I suppose you'll eventually get there...
