The Hydra is hidden away in an air-filled cave in the realm of Poseidon through a maze in the lake.
If you're back to the village and head to the grove of temples, you will find Poseidon's realm just past the Hades temple on the right and you can use the mud elevators to get down there. Use the starfish from his statue to place on the altar in the temple and the entrance to his realm will open up. There will be a beach scene with Triton as surfer-dude life guard and bikini girls hanging out. Aphrodite will give you a test in order to win a magic mirror and once you have completed this you can jump into the water and dive through into the rock maze. Use the air bubbles to get more oxygen and go up the top, down the right hand side and then across the bottom, you will notice the entrance to the Hydra cave near the giant Rock Oyster with the pearl. If you jump for it when the shell is closed then it will open up.
The Hydra will attempt to attack you by thrusting its heads at you. You can time your attack by jumping as it rears back and you see the eyes bulging out, if you land on top of his head then you will knock it out and you need to repeat this for all five heads. Once you have done this you can swim down and get a scale from the unconscious monster.
First you go to the underwater cave. You'll recognize it because there's a sign that says "Gnarly Monster Inside" next to it. You go inside the cave, and there you'll find the hydra. Getting the scale, however, is a different story. You must wait until one of the hydra's 5 heads strike, and when the head is on the ground, jump on it. When you do this to all the heads the hydra will pass out and then you just walk up to it, click on it and get the scale. The heads to not come back.
The cave is in poseidon's "world". To get in, you go into the museum and get the starfish attached to the statue of poseidon's face. It is easy! All you have to do is go in the cave and at the bottom of the kingdom and at the statue you will see a dark spot go in by the way get the pearl too go to bottom left and go in cave then you will see the hydra every time it goes back with it's mouth closed jump and it will try to bite you when going down jump on it's head until you got all of them! Warning some will wake up so go fast ! When you finish press it's head and get the scale!!!

To get the hydra's scale you have to go in the underwater cave and then you have to find the hydra and wait till the one of the heads come near you and then you jump on it and well,your welcome!!
You go to the underwater cave after you get the starfish and you find your way to the cave, then you jump whenever he draws back to attack you, and land on all of their heads
On Posiedon's kingdom/palace go to the cave that is near a ship and the cave say's "GNARLY MONSTER INSIDE" after you beat the hydra click it to get the scales
I am getting close I started at the door in Hades palace that will not open you place the pomegranates in the side cup on the left then enter ,.....there will be a ugly little bat there ...harmless,I think as I right I do it so ....there is also a note that says the decent into Hades is easy .the way lies open to all Ahoy I fell down *gulp *oh it is all OK there are notes on the wall ???they say (Hades was here)(welcome to the underworld*ugly smile* )there is also a wall hanging that says THE RIVER STYXoh wow this is so cool but the guy is weird ~~~~~he is chairman ,fairy man of the underworldthe fairy will cross the divide ,but it is a dangerous journey (I went )It goes over ,duck, ,jump I have tried for ever and be warned it is hard I will re post the rest of the part of this later when I pass the river untill the by thanks for going on this post :)
You first put the star that you get and set it dow near the door where there is a stand then the door will open then you go to the girl that has a mirror and then she will give you a quiz you will have to pass it to get the mirror so you better study your gods then you go under the water you better get a lot of air bubbles or your soul will be taken away then you have to defeat and thats how you get
Go up in front of the hydra and stand still. When you see a head rear back, jump up and try to land on the head while it is still down. Don't jump to high or the head will already be back with the others. If you jump too soon, the head will shoot where you were when it reared back. Jump too late, and the head will most likely get you. Do this to all five head then go up and click on them all. Don't move around, just jump. Warning: The heads will wake up so be careful.
Go to the underwater cave in Poseidon's place. The navigate your way through the tunnels until you reach the cave. J ump on the heads of the monster real quickly before they become conscious again. Once all 5 heads are down, you can get the scale by clicking on a head
You put a starfish on the altar and the door will open. Then go inside find the hole in the water dive into it and get bubbles so you won't run out of oxegen. When you get to the very bottom there wil lbe a cave and you're supposed to go in the cave. After that, you will see the monster that looks stupid. You will have to get close enough so they will try to attack you, but you will have to jump on their heads and be fast about it or else you will have to do it again.
You make all of the hydra heads fall asleep.to do that you jump on there head when they try to attack you.when they all fall asleep you click on one of the heads and it will give you the hydra scale.!.!.!.!.!
