It's in the underwater cave in Poseidon's kingdom. To get there, you have to go to his temple and put the starfish on his offering table ( if you don't have the starfish, it's on Poseiden's statue in the museum). Once you get to the underwater cave, you have to find your way to the bottem and go in another cave with signs on it.
