There are VGA to HDMI adapters. I purchased mine online at ebay.com for $20(USD) with S&H.

Have you actually tried it? VGA is analog and HDMI is digital - there are no cables with the required active converters that would do this for $20. In fact, I can't think of a situation this would actually work in (maybe with some special projector or something).
