I've been having the same problem. I bought "authentic" Pandora charms on eBay and paid with Paypal. I took them to a license Pandora Jeweler and was informed they were counterfeit. When I sent them back to the seller for a refund, he had given eBay and Paypal a fake address. So needless to say, the charms were delivered to nobody. Now eBay says I have to get an affidavit from the jeweler stating they are counterfeit or they won't help me. I don't even have the charms and I am out $79.00 plus $5.85 return shipping, and I have to drive 70 miles one way back to the Jeweler (if I even receive the charms back) to get an affidavit. Seems like this should be eBay's problem. But they tell me it is my problem. I also sell on eBay and they keep increasing fees and making it so hard on honest, legitimate sellers but don't seem to want to investigate counterfeit items being sold on their site. By the time I drive back to the jeweler added to all the time I've spent on this, I honestly think it won't be worth it. Money-wise I doubt I'll even break even IF eBay and Paypal decides to do the RIGHT thing after I've done all their work for them.
