Without using GIMP..and I'm guessing without using Photoshop..you can always to Picnik, Siggiez, or I think photobucket has a picture editor on it to edit your main picture. To do it by yourself..you would have to get the coding or find out how to. When I first started making my own layouts for howrse I had a main banner for Siggiez and two scroll boxes one over the other with just basic background colors and text. If you need to find my on babydow, I may be able to help you get a start on the layout with some old layout stuff I still have on caballow & in my documents. Well, you don't have to do it yourself. If you want one, you could ask someone on babydow to do one for you. Such as starletz, who does great layouts. You can go on lots of people's cards and see if they can do anything like that, and ask them for one! Just do that! I did it before...
