If it's your Sky box - connect to it with a wire first (yellow ethernet cable supplied with box) and navigate to 192.168.0.1 in your web browser, then enter userid of admin and password of sky, or userid sky and leave password blank, and it should let you in - you can then navigate to the wireless security options (sorry, I don't remember exactly where they are) and write down the passphrases displayed there
