You have to put in a certain combination of numbers. I just had that happen to me last night and my mom had to call customer care. You have to reset your pin and make a new one, but I forgot the numbers! If I had them I would give them to you, I'm sorry =[ but that answers your question, right?

Once the phone is locked and the screen tells you to call customer care you enter this code: **05*30607954*2468*2468# The first four characters or so will be visible, after than you will see dashes. Once you enter the # at the end of the string the phone should say, "PIN Unblocked".
