Go to zwinky.com and then look for a sign that says sign up. 1st you hav 2 donload it to your toolbar, then go 4rm there.
If that doesn't work, try going on myspace.com, [if you hav a myspace profile] and sometimes they'll hav a add 4 it. It won't just take you 2 the zwinky homepage, it'll take you the sugnup page. :)
