I want format my mobile e66 how?

1- enter this code from left to right   *#7370# 2- enter the lock code of your mobile if it wasn't changed then it's 12345and your mobile will be restarted and formatted automaticallythanks

Brothers I got a problem on my E66 when I enter the code 2 format the systetm it tels me , give me the lock code & I don't have a lock code so I entered 12345 & it doesnt work , can you help me please

My nokia e66 is freezing from time to time, I made the restore defult to the mobile but the problem still exist. So pleas I need some help.

You can also use *#7780#, where the system will reset the phone, though all the user preferences, contacts, messages, and so on will be restored,.. This method is called soft reset, while the one Edward86 suggested before is called hard reset,..tq,.

Formatting try the code 00000 (five zero) and use the same type of formating  *#7370# and its will work because I have the same mobile model and its work with me
