Try push and hold the SAT button on top right of the remote, hold it until all4 flash,after it release and push power once and SAT will stay on, than push channel up slowly until you see TV goes OFF stop right there and push
# bellow at the right and that it.
It should work fine now.
If volume does not work repeat process and find another code.

The Dish Network codes listed for Sylvania are: 006, 025, 064, 065, 066, 068, 110, 111. I tried all of these codes, plus did a power scan to try all the codes in my Dish remote, and nothing worked for my new Sylvania 32" TV! Hope this helps you out.
