A good way I have found is to buy loads of passes by text then using the passes to buy horns of plenty. A basic horn of plenty will give you 100e 10 turnips 10 apples and 2 aging points, something like that, sometimes it'll give you a black market item. Sell the turnips (they sell really high in winter) and the apples and use the aging points so you get money quicker off horses who do lessons. This method has raised my money from around 600e to 1200e!
