You go to battle area and go to the prize lady on the right talk to her she has a flame orb ice orb and electric orb give them to articuno (ice orb)  zapdos (electric orb)  moltres (flame orb)
then go to the spear piller with only those three in the group then go where the boss would be and you'll see a vertex stone pick it up and head to twinleaf town and show prof rowan and he'll take it and study it go outside and walk back in he'll say this stone is the stone that summons a legendary pokemon we don't know what pokemon but it lives in a deep sea I don't know such a sea can you bring this pokemon back for research? Say yes and go outside you're partner will be outside talk to him he'll say man I just heard there's a really deep sea I'll tell you more if you win beat him and he'll tell you about resort area's sea go there and use the vertex stone and lugia will come out of the sea and say gwahhhhhhhh! Like giratina battle him catch him and go to prof rowan he'll say good job and take him go outside and come back in he'll say we've learned a lot you may have him then save and you have lugia! YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

How do you find the ice orb and electric orb 'because well she only has the flame orb or dos someone else give you one?

I was not able to get the 2 orbs or the legendary birds I did everything I even talked to oak and no it did not work I only was asked how well are you doin on your pokedex:( {:(
