It does not work I tried it it only makes you dress up your pokemon

Well first,go to the jubilife city then go to the second floor go to the camper (the left side of him)
talk to him say yes and then no press up,left,down and hold the down button down when he says choose the pokemon you would like to dress up.Hold down the down button and choose the pokemon and then you will walk though the wall but you can`t do it anywhere else!!!!
