To get the leaf stone go to floweraroma town and go to the bridge that is by the windworks and use surf and go all the way up stream until you come to the fuego ironworks then go to the opposite side and go into the forest part in should be in there somewhere

Both will allow your gloom to evolve differently

Both, you need both to evolve 2 different kinds of pokemon so that it will fill your national pokedex.

You get a sun stone on route 217 but I don't know how to get a leaf stone yet

After you get your National Dex, you can get pokemon like a gloom or pokemon that uses them.

Sun stones and leaf stones, like certain other stones, are used to evolve specific pokemon when used on them.

For example, a Gloom will evolve into a Bellossom through use of the sun stone

A Gloom would otherwise evolve into a Vileplume through use of the leaf stone
