Do You Have An Installation Code For Company Of Heroes?

Just make sure you don't have
Caps lock on when you enter the install key. I'm surprised Target even
allowed you to exchange it since you had to break the seal in order to
install the game. In my experience, once you open the game, it your
tough luck if it doesn't work. Its the new standard of customer service
these days!
