Same problem. But it seems that the only solution is to take it to phone provider ( or what his name is ). Though you won't get your phone for a very long time.
Take it to the phone provider, they should be able to unlock it. Most phone stores will provide this service for $5-$20. If you know how to program SIM cards, and your phone uses one, you can unlock it there I believe.
