BCG Matrix is more simple than GE Grids.
BCG has just Relative Market Share and Market Growth Rate to explain SBU.
But, GE has Market attractiveness(Market size, Market growth rate, Other companies...etc) and Business Strength(Relative Market Share, Knowledge of clients and Market, and Quility of product) as a standard to be regarded.
I am Korean who is majoring in Management as a dual major.
I am just giving a comment without any deep knowledge about that.
