Is Runescape Going To Make The Skill Capes Available For Non Members?

No they will not make skill capes for non-members. If you have a skill or are close to one I suggest getting all of the skills you want up to 99. Then purchase a game card at a store for $10. Then go out and buy the skill cape that you want. Your membership will expire after a month but your skill cape will remain on your character as long as it remains equipt.

Snipes thats a good idea but I have a better 1

1.)get all your wanted skills up to 99
2.)get to the tutor in a free world (stand next to him) and have 99k with you
3.)pay with a visa card (or something els) and pay for 1 day
4.)then fast buy a skill cape of him put it on!!!
5.)then be a non-member again

and thair you go a skill cape only for 0.15 $
