If you have a scanner or a scan feature on your printer, you can just scan it into a photo or document file on your computer. If you don't have either one, you take it to Staples and have them scan it and put it on a memory stick OR they can email them to your computer.
If you don't have a scanner, you can photograph the artwork and then download the pics.
Most modern printers have a scan function that allows you to turn art into a image
