What is a chat site (that's NOT Skype) where you can make group chats and/or leave private messages for someone?
If you can't text, you can use Facebook messenger or a really popular one amongst my peers and friends is GroupMe.
I found out a few:
1. Hangouts.
2. Chatstep.
3. Discord.
