If there is pornography being posted on a website doesn't there need to be a disclaimer?

It depends on the laws of the locality where the website is hosted.

I think it probably depends on the policy of the web-hosting company. Some require their clients to indicate if a page is unsuitable for children.

Which browser are you using? You should be able to set your search parameters so that they warn you before opening an "adult" page.

You're right of course but Mindcom bears some resonsibility on this. They keep the site going because the are making 12 cents from the auto adds.

Besides I'm the main target of the lunatic. So when I am shot dead I have provided all the info to my family so they know who to sue.
