I doubt that Facebook have a call-centre waiting to answer phone calls.
If you want to know whether copies of posts can be accessed then, they can be read by anybody with a FB account, depending on the amount of security given to the original post.
If you want to know whether the authorities can demand access to incriminating posts, that's a bit iffy. Facebook have not always been helpful in this regard but in the face of a court order they would be forced to comply.
