How do I dial a phone number with letters? I try and type a letter but it just puts a number there instead. Using a regular cordless phone.
If you are trying to dial a phone number that has letters instead of numbers, for example: 1800-FLOWERS
You would dial each letter by pressing the number on which it resides on once. In this case the letter F is on the number 3 and the letter L is on the number 5. So the first two numbers of FLOWERS is 3, 5.
