I have a safelink wireless phone. It's a Alcatel. I locked myself out of my phone and it's telling me to enter PUK code. I've tried everything please help me?

PUK code is asked while you are asked PIN code for three chances if wrong code entered.

 To unlock your PUK just contact your network provider it will finished there.
