I would think it would be a great thing to have for studies. You can look up things that you're studying and also find the correct spelling of words. Sure wish I had one in my school days. A good thing to have for school work and such and when your studies are done, you can use it for a multitude of other things. Only bad thing is if you use it to play games when you're supposed to be studying.
