There are windows versions for most of the good android apps so don't worry. App developers now have to release an iOs and Windows version as well.

They don't support all of the apps, but only a few. And don't expect to get a newly introduced Android app on Windows. Until and unless some genius creates its identical Windows app or the developers of that app becomes too generous to code it for Windows.
