I want to refresh my pc because it malfunctions because I accidentally uninstalled something Windows needed. Anyway It's a Windows 8.1 Hp Envy 64bit and If I refresh it using a re-installation disc do I also need a disc that provides the drivers?

If you have the Windows 8 disc, all you have to use is that. It will re-install any drivers you may need. However, you may have to go to the Microsoft site with your product key to get 8.1 installed. I would use a flash drive or another USB device to store all your info first, then uninstall Windows and start over.
