Personally, I would look at AVG free and Malwarebytes anti-malware. Both great systems . AVG will check websites and detect any problem before you even click on it. The clean websites will have a green checkmark along side of them to let you know it's a safe site.
Plus AVG and Malwarebytes will find and rid you system of any virus, malware, spyware, or anything else. I install these for people all the time and they are very happy with them.
