No Facebook does not EVER donate money to charity in return for likes or shares of ANY page.
This is a common trick used by spammy/manipulative profiles to try and increase engagement on their posts and spread their brand name by appealing to people's sense of goodwill and charity.
It's a dirty trick though, and one you should be aware of.
Facebook has made it pretty clear they do not participate in any such scheme, so don't get duped into sharing or liking pages or people that try their luck with this.
