Shutterstock – If you submit photos to this popular stock image site, you can make between 20-30%. You can also sell your images to other sites as well and they don't mind!
Dreamstime – Community based photo site where you can make up to 60% of what they sell your photos for.
iStockphoto – You get 15% for every download of your pic. Pretty sweet!
FreeDigitalPhotos.net – They actually pay out a whopping 70% of sales on your pics, but they don't sell as many as the bigger sites - so that's probably why.
