I downloaded an mp3 file, but the built-in WMP app can't play it for me. Besides, I am new to system building. How can I open that download on my computer?

Please take below tips to work around your mp3 file issue:

1. Please make sure your download is COMPLETE, NO corruption and/or other unknown error with the said mp3 file.
2. Ensure that you have the Administrative rights to run your system’s apps.
3. Try opening other mp3 file type media on your disk to check if there is any error with your filesystem and/or Registry Editor.
