You don't gain health every five quest it depends on the equipment you have on you when leveling up but you don't realy need an equipment they juust help you get more helth when leveling up every hot shoes have some thing that +10 in heath or mana but not all of them some have more and some have lest if you realy want to have a lot og health make sure you wear them when fighting going to quest and gaining exp and level up
