So that people that have power in the company not abuse workers under them by forcing them into sexual favors to keep their job. Or get a promotion, or longer lunch hours, or any number of things. Men have the greatest percentage of power and a time honored system is to force themselves on women who feel powerless against that power and fear for their jobs if they do not submit. You should be able to work and not deal with sexual tension in the workplace.
