The code you used for all event items is basicly useless.

to do the shaymin event ( oaks letter ) just go to route 224 and go to that weird stone professer oak should be there.
To do the darkrai event ( member pass ) go to canalve city and go to harber inn ( the house that has the stuck door)
to do the manaphy event ( manaphy egg)
just simply talk to the green guy and he will give it to you. Make sure you have room in your party.
