Go to menu then settings, then click calls, then general then click auto reject and the list of numbers you have rejected are below and you can remove them.

scroll to CALLS
Click GENERAL
scroll to AUTO REJECT
You will see your list of people that are on your Auto Reject list.
Uncheck the ones you want to un-block and Click SAVE.
