No, you cannot make it but when you purchase webkinz clothing you get access to the KinzStyle Shop. When you put the code in, you will be given a "gift bag". You will get the on-line version of the clothing you bought plus the "gift bag" gives you access to the KinzStyle Shop. Click on the bag and the shop will open. If you don't see the dress or clothing you want just hit the red (x) key and close it up. You can re-open the bag later and look for the dress.

You can only get the sparkly gold dress by trading or getting a kinz style shopping bag if you are lucky there will be a sparkly gold dress. On youtube they might have contests for it.
But there is a clothing recipe for a silver sparkly pants and silver sparkly top coat.

I know something you can't make a gold dress because you need to buy Webkinz clothing and then you'll unlock the KinzStyle Shop so you could look there for the shimmering gold dress or the sparkling silver dress. Famous person on Clubpenguin my dad is a famous songwriter in real!

Its easy all you have to do is mix sparkly pink bow,tan suite pants and last the green layered long sleeve shirt! If this doesn't work for you it worked for me
