How To Teleport On Binweevils?

I no how to wot you do is find someone who is a tycoon and ask them to click on you then they press you r score and then you go to the place but first you need level 13 to teleport you stand on the red dot when its fully charge you jump. It should take you there if you need my help I will be around the bin and I m a tycoon called suzierocks23 so hope to cya  soon

I don't now I think you have to be on level 13 and do the mission blue diamond (part 1)
