I was in need of a loan and one day I received a reservation number in the mail and when I logged on to apply, putting all my bank info. I received a decline message! Where does all my personal back info go? Is it safe?

It seems a bit strange to me ,that you can not cancel your application once you start to fill it in.please advise if "CASH LOAN NET WORK " is a scam company? I received information in the mail with a reservation number included,and you can not find out where to give the reservation number. HELP!
I'm wondering the same thing there no phone # you can call why? Just over the internet and not the phone 2 you know it just a little to weird for me.
