Is There A Really Prize From Microsoft (uk Regional Office Division Products Promotion)?

I got emails from someone claiming to work there who told me I won 1,000,000,000 pounds
I had to pay 200 pounds to claim it.. It already sounds like a fake hoax. Does this really exist?
I doubt it. I have to send money to some woman not their offices. Please reply
