I was using using vad afone for last two years,last month my card was stopped saying to giv new document,I submited the documents but for one month my card was not acti vited ,finaly last month I kept the card in the vad afone office with one off the employee,today I am getting a call saying that my bill is 4800 ruppes,when I did not use the card when it was returned back to the office how is that I have to pay something I donot owe.?
