Thread the top part of the machine. Put the bobbin in the lower bobbin compartment and pull 10 inches of thread towards you along the little channel that's in line with where the bobbin compartment door closes.

Hold thread from needle, turn hand wheel anti clockwise (towards you) and as the needle dips down and up it catches the bobbin thread.

I have no idea how it does it, you may have to turn the hand wheel a couple of rotations but it works. It's completely different to any sewing machine I've used in this regard.

There's lots of bad reviews and comments on this machine online. Our 8 year old daughter got one for christmas from grandmom. It didn't work. It wouldn't pick up the bottom thread and loop to lock the stitch. I disassembled it and saw that the device that grabs the stitch to loop and lock was out of sync with the needle when it came down. I took a gear out, got things timed right and put the gear back in. Simple if you are mechanically minded. Poor quality control on the manufacturer's part. Works fine now - but was a near Christmas disaster out of the box.

I am struggling with the bottom bobine. I cannot figure out how to thread the bottom bobine.
I guess I am not alone. I have tried everything in the world to get it done but the mechanism does not pull the thread. Passing the thread through canal H is not enough as the manual suggests.

Make sure that the thread it at the top position when you close the bobbin compartment door, and it should feed through just like it should

To get mine thought what I did was put it thru the top hole with the top bobbin needle and some magical way it went through...and when I want to change the thread I just tie it pull it through till I see the new color then cut at the knot on the previous thread I was using

I have a style elements mini electric sewing machine operation manual, it also says that the tension is auto set.  While I was trying to get the #2 threading to stay between the washers the tension became out of auto adjust.  I need to know how I can get it back to adjustment.

I have the same problem! When I bought mine I took out the pre set bottom thread thing because I wanted a different color than white. But after I took it out I realised that I could not get it back in! And I have tried and tried and tried to get it back in! I have not been able to use it once! I am so mad!
