Well first, you group with a resident who is already at toxic beach, or someone who is at the regular beach. From the regular beach, you go down the waterfall, and you end up in the toxic beach, haha

Group a resident but it has to be your friend in order to group - so you could go to toxic beach, click on locate and if there at toxic beach press it and you're in toxic beach.
Well from what I know you can only go if one of your resident friends are there.
Yes just walk up to the water fall and you will automatically go there.
Well you have to group with someone at the beach jut locate them ask them if you can come to the beach but you also have to be a resident to enter toxic beach.
