You can web search I forgot my webkinz user name and it will ask for a pets code and wen you finish it will tell you your username
If You Forgot Your Webkinz Username What Can You Do?
If you forgot your username or password, you can go to the Webkinz World homepage and click on the "Forgot Login" button. If you're already provided your email for the account, you can choose this option to recover the login information.
Then download a password manager and use it, and never forget the password again.
I don't know!!! All it has is the password code thingy....but try looking it up on google just like it did...it worked for me!!!! Just make sure that you have your code still:)
