How Do I Fix My NET10 Phone Which Reads "Prepaid Service Disabled" When Customer Service Is Closed?

    Samething happened to me....this is how I solved it.....go to www.net10.com over their enter your serial number and press continue....thn you will be asked to enter some codes....enter them and you should be back to normal .

If you enter two codes unsuccessfully your service will show unavailable.   Then you have to go to their website and enter their codes.  After doing this 3 times your number will be disabled and you will lose any remaining time on your phone...it was part of your agreement when you bought it that you would not try to cheat.

What's the number to fix my phone? Because it say's "Prepaid Service Disabled" On the front of my phone when I open it.

Simple just don't buy another one I just got mine yeterday for 80.00 and the piece of s*%t dosent even work...DO NOT BUY A NET 10 PHONE THEY SUCK!

Not sure when you tried, but customer service is 24/7, so please try again. Or check online.

Mine is doing the same thing and everytime I call the company everyone is busy

I have no minuites but 35 days and I wondering if I can have 5 days until I get paid friday please!
