If you go to the survival area after getting your national dex the battle frontier, go towards the ships to your left form the nurse center and go up route 225 and instead of turning to the next spot of the survival area go up and use rock climb. There you go.

Check what everyone else said they are right I tried it to they are all right, except the two bottom ones they sound ridiculous.

To find a dawn stone you can fly to Canalave city and then walk south tell you come across a bridge
then you come down to where a sailor is sitting next to his boat. Talk to him and click iron island. When you are at iron island you go into to the cave and when you get to the end of the cave the shiny stone will be there.
