If you can, find something to jog your memory, but if not, try resetting your computer. You might loose all your data, though. You could also hire a professional hacker, but that has risks, like all other things. In the future, you may want to make your password something memorable to you. Some people use the same password for everything; I do not suggest that, because if they hack in to one account, they hack into all. You may want to use several passwords for everything (like one password for sites beginning with "A", one for sites that have dogs, etc.) so that you have diversity but still limited options.
