If you got the strange key from the event go to the tunnel that you can't go into- with the ripped sign next to it that's what its for. Go inside and you can change Rotoms form. Or go to silph co and take the elevator. Instead of getting zapped about half way up, Rotom will sheild you and you will stop. And you can change it there. I forget wich one.
